Accessibility
Our site consists of smooth level surfaces with step free access available into our Shop and Visitor Centre. Seating is also situated periodically around our site.
Toilets are located within the Puffing Billy Café (an independent business) which is situated in the old station building, however, disabled toilets are not available at this time.
We endeavour to ensure that our trains are accessible to all users where possible, however, due to the nature of their age this may not always be achievable.
TVR accept no liability for changing information accuracy, either for its own business or of others detailed above.
Travelling with Dogs
We welcome well behaved dogs onboard our trains and around the rest of our site. They also get to travel for FREE with a fare paying owner!
For reasons of hygiene we ask that dogs are kept off of the seats both on the trains and around the station site.
We also request that owners keep their dogs on leads at all times and clean up after them.
