By Car

The railway is situated along the A386, just outside of Great Torrington on the way to Bideford. Located at the bottom of Station Hill alongside the old station building, which is now the Puffing Billy Café, an independently owned licensed café.

By Bus

Buses 5B (Barnstaple to Exeter) and 75 (Bideford to Great Torrington) stop directly outside Torrington Station at the ‘Old Railway Station’ bus stop on a regular basis.

By Train

The nearest rail station on the National Network is Umberleigh on the Tarka Line, however, if you require ongoing public transport connections from the station you will need to stay on the train to Barnstaple where there is a regular bus service to Great Torrington.
